Liaison Officer
Pay: ₱23,000.00 - ₱24,000.00 per month
Qualifications:
- Has a Valid driver's license
- Can drive 4-wheel vehicles (highly preferred)
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with various local government agencies in processing business permits, licenses, and other business-related documents.
2. Coordinate, and secure compliance with various local government units regarding their local ordinances such as truck ban, entry permit, etc.
3. Process and monitor applications, renewal and ensure zero delays in obtaining requirements
4. Work closely with other department regarding the status of business documents
5. Handle registration, realty tax, insurances of company property and vehicles
6. Create maintain proper filing system for easy retrieval
7. Monitoring and processing of LTO Renewal of all our Fleet
8. Monitoring and processing of renewal of Conveyance Permit of Fuel / LPG tanker
9. Monitoring and processing of renewal of DOST tank Calibration for fuel Tanker
10. Monitoring and processing of Accreditation/ Renewal of DENR ECC for Gasoline Station 11. Monitoring and processing of Accreditation/ Renewal of DOE SCC for Gasoline Station 12. Monitoring and processing of Accreditation/ Renewal of DENR hazardous Waste Transporter
13. Monitoring and processing of Accreditation/ Renewal of Import License
14. Monitoring and processing of Accreditation/ Renewal of DOLE Permit to Operate Pressure Vessel
15. Monitoring and processing of Accreditation/ Renewal of LPG Storage Permit
16. Monitoring and processing of Accreditation/ Renewal of BFP Permit 19. Monitoring and processing renewal of PCAB License
17. Securing travel pass and activity clearance in various Local Government Units nationwide
18. Transfer Ownership of LTO Registration acquired Tanker, Van and Service Vehicle
19. Monitoring and processing renewal of PCAB License
20. Processing small claims / filing of companies
21. Practice Safety First Mentality at all times
22. Complies with all prescribed policies and procedures of the Company on safety and security.
23. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct & Discipline.
24. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
