HR Officer/HR Generalist

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the company's recruitment and human resource operations. The role primarily focuses on sourcing qualified applicants, coordinating the hiring process, and assisting in various HR and administrative functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and endorse qualified applicants.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management.
• Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and social media.
• Maintain and update applicant and employee records.
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
• Prepare employment documents and other HR-related reports.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide status updates.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks, documentation, and filing.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or general HR functions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in Lucena City, Quezon.
