Sales and Marketing Officer

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Provide sales support by assisting the sales team in lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze market trends.
- Facilitate sales training and workshops to enhance the effectiveness of sales personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and sales objectives.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in sales and marketing roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, teamwork, negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of sales management
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in lead generation and providing effective sales support
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
