Location: Meycauayan, Bulacan Employment Type: Full-Time Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? Join our growing team! We are looking for a reliable Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
- Maintain organized and confidential financial records.
- Support the Accounting and Finance team with other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
- Knowledge of Philippine taxation and statutory government compliance is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
