Bookkeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to handle administrative and accounting tasks, including sales collection monitoring and financial record keeping. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and able to manage day-to-day financial transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Handle accounts receivable and monitor sales collections
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and collection reports
- Assist in bank reconciliations and basic financial reporting
- Perform administrative tasks related to accounting operations
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payments
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field (preferred)
- With experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and sales collection
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- Overtime pay applicable
