Description - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets for management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Working Conditions: Office-based position with standard working hours
