As a CSR Cantonese and Vietnamese Bilingual Speaker for Healthcare account, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse range of clients, a leading provider of call center and customer support solutions. This full-time, on-site position is based in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila, where you will leverage your language skills and customer service expertise to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive brand experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound calls from customers and clients, providing timely and effective support
- Listening to customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalating feedback to management
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve processes
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication skills in the specified language
- Willingness to work on-site in Eastwood City Quezon City Philippines
- Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule
- Fixed weekends off
- Can start on May 5, 2025
