Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer issues.
- Deliver top-notch customer support every day.
- Be the friendly voice our customers love to connect with.
Job Requirements:
- With at least 6 months BPO experience.
- At least SHS graduate. College undergrads are welcome to apply!
- Willing to work in a call center environment
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
