Human Resources Staff

- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff development
- Support performance management processes and assist with employee evaluations
- Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
