Human Resources Assistant
Full-time
Pendragon Veterinary Clinic
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management and employee relations.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll tasks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Google Drive, google sheet. Google Docs. payroll software, strong analytical, and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours. Must not allergic to pets
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
