- Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in Human Resources or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong communication skills, and excellent leadership abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage employee relations and coordinate HR activities.
