- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Recruiting, Communication, People Management, Process Management, Computer Literate
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, Attention to detail, Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in candidate screening and selection
