- A property agent specializing in space rentals typically has the following responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their space rental needs, whether for office, retail, industrial, or other commercial purposes.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the local real estate market, including available rental properties, trends, and pricing.
- Property Listing: Advertise available rental spaces through various platforms, ensuring they reach potential tenants.
- Property Showings: Conduct site visits for prospective tenants, providing them with details about the property, lease terms, and other relevant information.
- Negotiation: Assist in negotiating rental agreements, including lease terms, rental rates, and any special conditions.
- Lease Management: Facilitate the preparation and signing of lease agreements, ensuring both parties are satisfied and aware of their obligations.
- -With valid original barangay and police clearance
- -Good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
