- HIRING
- A Leasing Assistant for a commercial building typically supports the leasing team in managing and filling office, retail, or industrial space within a property. Their responsibilities include a mix of administrative tasks, tenant relations, and coordination with various departments.
- Act as the point of contact for potential tenants and existing occupants.
- Assist in addressing tenant inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate lease renewals and amendments with tenants and property management.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for available spaces.
- Schedule property tours and assist leasing agents in showing available units.
- Track the availability of spaces and maintain updated listings.
- -With valid original barangay and police clearance
- -Good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
