- The Leasing Assistant supports the leasing and property management team by assisting prospective and current tenants, managing lease documents, coordinating property tours, and maintaining excellent customer service.
- Greet and assist prospective tenants with property tours and leasing inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about available units, pricing, lease terms, and property amenities.
- Process rental applications, verify tenant information, and conduct background and credit checks.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewal documents.
- Must be atleast high school graduate
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- Good with customer service is an edge
- With or without experience
- Full time workers only
- Willing to work on shifting hours
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
