We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Car Rental Agent to join our team. As a Car Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their car rental needs, including vehicle selection, processing rentals and returns, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and skilled in customer service, with a strong ability to problem-solve and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the car rental, hospitality, or retail industry (1-2 years).
- Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
