- A Real Estate Agent is a licensed professional who helps clients buy, sell, and rent properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research and stay updated on property values
- List properties for sale and create marketing plans
- Schedule and host property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms on behalf of clients
- Prepare and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals
- Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
