Location: Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan
Salary: ₱23,000–₱27,000 (Negotiable)
Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate the moulding production team
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams
- Train and mentor team members
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment
- Experience in Injection and Blow Moulding operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
