Backhoe Operator

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate backhoe for digging, loading, and backfilling works
- Conduct daily equipment inspection and basic maintenance
- Follow project plans and instructions from engineers/foreman
- Ensure safe and proper operation of machinery
- Comply with OSHS (DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards)
- Use required PPE at all times
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate
- TESDA NC II in Heavy Equipment Operation (Backhoe) preferred
- Valid driver’s license with restriction for heavy equipment (if required)
- With relevant construction experience
Skills:
- Equipment operation skills
- Safety awareness
- Ability to work on-site under varying conditions
- Team coordination and reliability
