Handover Architect

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall handover operations of all projects on the assigned estate/location.
- Ensure that KRAs of all projects on assigned estate/location are met by the end of the year; Monitor weekly accomplishments of the team and provide a report to management.
- Handle all issues and concerns on site (project deliverables, buyers' concerns, handover clearance issues, internal issues, managing manpower issues, etc.); likewise, elevate any issue and concerns for management's discussion and approval.
- Provide inputs to continuously improve the policies and processes of the Handover Management Department.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Should be a degree-holder of BS Architecture or any Engineering course
- Knowledgeable in Construction sites
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate
- Customer service skills
- Attention for details
- Leadership skills
- Integrity
- Critical and strategic thinker
