Porject Manager for Residential Project/PRC Holder Civil/Architect

- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Ability to quickly identify problems, think critically, and devise effective solutions is invaluable.
- Strong organizational skills help to keep projects running smoothly by managing time, resources, and personnel effectively.
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Communicating with executives or the shareholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project if justifiable and needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Attend client and site meetings as needed.
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is a must.
- Proven working experience in project management for at least 7 years.
- Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be adept at financial planning and budget management.
Position: Project Manager
Work location: Pasig Work Schedule: 8 am-5 pm
Salary range: 40,000-45,000
