Junior Architect (Business Development–Driven)
QBuilders | Pasig City (On-Site)
QBuilders is looking for a Business Development–driven Junior Architect who is ready to go beyond traditional design work and play an active role in client acquisition, project development, and brand growth.
This is not a typical architectural role. You’ll be working at the intersection of architecture, marketing, and business development, supporting initiatives across both QBuilders and FS Golf Labs.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Engagement
- Support client acquisition and lead generation efforts
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
- Attend client meetings and presentations
- Coordinate follow-ups and help maintain client relationships
- Support partnerships, collaborations, and marketing campaigns
- Design & Marketing Support
- Prepare design proposals and visual presentations
- Assist in the creation of marketing and branding materials
- Support project coordination, documentation, and deliverables
- Conduct site visits and assist with on-site requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Willing to work on-site in Pasig City
- Available to start immediately
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva)
Core Skills:
- Confident in handling client-facing interactions
- Comfortable conducting site visits
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, articulate, and well-presented
