Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or insurance industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions: May require occasional overtime during peak seasons
