- HR Initial Interview: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Accent & Voice Assessment: (5 minutes – very easy)
- Final Interview: 9:00 PM
All steps are conducted virtually
Job Description
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Handle inquiries such as account updates, billing, orders, and basic troubleshooting
- Resolve common customer concerns and escalate complex/technical issues when needed
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records
- Meet performance metrics (quality, schedule adherence, handle time)
- Follow up on concerns and continuously improve product/service knowledge
Requirements
- Active NBI Clearance
- Educational Proof: Diploma or TOR
- (SHS Graduate, HS Graduate Old Curriculum, College Undergrad, or College Graduate)
- Certificate of Employment (COE) from all previous experiences
- Valid IDs
- Government numbers (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN)
