Description - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with their auto insurance needs, including policy inquiries and claims processing.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in customer service and auto insurance
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
