Ads Specialist

- Plan and execute PPC and paid social campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action.
- Monitor performance and optimize for metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights.
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific advertising policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , and at least one additional platform (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Certified in Google Ads and/or Meta Advertising (preferred).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with landing page optimization or CRO.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Hotjar.
- E-commerce or B2B marketing experience.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM systems.
