Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening
- Proactively search for qualified candidates using job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
Interview & Selection
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and arrange in-depth interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Experience
- Manage communication with applicants regarding their application status, interview schedules, and logistics to maintain a positive employer brand.
Administrative Support
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and handle job postings.
Onboarding
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal and external clients and candidates.
Field Support
- Willing to travel as needed for recruitment, sourcing, and selection activities.
Other Duties
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
