JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, and growth of the company's online stores.
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms , developing sales strategies, monitoring store performance, managing the e-commerce team, and ensuring that daily operations run efficiently.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, sales-driven, proactive, and experienced in managing e-commerce operations and teams .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. E-Commerce Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all online stores and e-commerce channels.
- Manage and monitor Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other relevant platforms .
- Ensure product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and store information are accurate and updated.
- Monitor order processing, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer concerns.
- Ensure stores comply with platform policies, requirements, and performance standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
2. Sales & Revenue Management
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets .
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze sales trends, product performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, average order value, and conversion.
- Develop strategies for increasing sales during major platform campaigns and promotional periods.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, products, and market trends.
3. Promotions & Campaign Management
- Plan and manage Shopee and TikTok Shop campaigns, vouchers, discounts, bundles, and other promotions.
- Maximize participation in major platform campaigns.
- Evaluate the profitability and effectiveness of promotions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams for campaign execution.
- Develop promotional strategies based on sales data and customer behavior.
4. Team Management
- Supervise and manage the E-Commerce Account Handlers, Customer Service Staff, and other e-commerce personnel .
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Monitor team productivity and performance.
- Set individual and team KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Train and coach team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Ensure proper coordination between the e-commerce, warehouse, customer service, marketing, and management teams.
5. Inventory & Product Management
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Identify potential stock shortages and coordinate replenishment.
- Recommend products that should be promoted, bundled, discounted, or phased out.
- Ensure product listings and variations are accurate.
- Help develop strategies to maximize inventory turnover.
6. TikTok Shop & LIVE Commerce
- Develop strategies to increase sales through TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE .
- Coordinate with the TikTok content and LIVE-selling teams.
- Monitor sales generated from LIVE sessions, videos, affiliates, and other TikTok activities.
- Identify trending products, content opportunities, and potential affiliates/creators.
- Develop strategies to improve TikTok Shop traffic and conversion.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and present regular e-commerce performance reports to management.
- Track key metrics including:
- Sales / GMV
- Orders
- Conversion Rate
- Store Traffic
- Average Order Value
- Product Performance
- Advertising Performance
- Campaign Performance
- Customer Ratings
- Return/Refund Rate
- Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify underperforming products, campaigns, and channels and develop corrective strategies.
8. Customer Experience & Store Health
- Ensure excellent customer service across all e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor store ratings, reviews, response rates, and account health.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Address recurring customer complaints and operational issues.
- Ensure the team maintains professional and timely communication with customers.
9. E-Commerce Growth Strategy
- Develop long-term strategies for growing the company's online business.
- Research new e-commerce trends, tools, features, and opportunities.
- Identify potential new sales channels and revenue opportunities.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Continuously improve the company's online shopping experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce , with experience in a supervisory or managerial position preferred.
- Strong experience handling Shopee and TikTok Shop .
- Experience managing e-commerce teams is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of online sales, digital marketing, promotions, and e-commerce operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
- Ability to interpret sales reports and e-commerce analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Willing to work FULL-TIME ON-SITE .
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing high-volume Shopee/TikTok Shop accounts.
- Experience with TikTok Shop LIVE selling and affiliate marketing .
- Experience managing platform campaigns and mega-sale events.
- Experience with e-commerce advertising tools.
- Experience working with warehouses and fulfillment teams.
- Experience in product pricing and promotional strategy.
- Experience managing a team of account handlers/customer service staff.
- Strong understanding of Philippine e-commerce trends and consumer behavior.
