Description - Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote branch services and products.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels for customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in a managerial role in retail or banking
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in marketing and branding strategies
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and team player attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in inventory management
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent presentation skills
