- Manage staff performance and provide necessary training to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets for the resort.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 2-5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
