E-Commerce Account Analyst

Performing administrative duties including cross-department coordination, logistical management, assisting and supporting the Immediate Superior with the daily operational activities through enforcement of company policies and standards.

JOB PURPOSE:

Based on the organization's vision, mission, and strategic plans, as supported and in coordination with the other departments, the primary function of the job is to assist the Immediate Superior in the determination of necessary operations and other necessary business infrastructures that would enable the achievement of the approved plans and programs of the company.

Specifically, the function includes:

The responsibility for providing and monitoring a seamless shopping experience for online customers, the inflow and outflow of online orders through the Omnichannel, performing sales updates via shared GDrive files and through dashboard reviews, and working closely with other departments supporting the operations to make sure that daily activities are smoothly executed, online orders are well-processed and ensuring the records are well-kept for reporting, tracking, auditing, and review.

● Education / Experience / Specialization / Technical Knowledge

○ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

○ With at least 3 years of e-commerce-related work experience.

○ Preferably with experience handling and operating stores in Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok.

○ Good knowledge of an organization’s systems and processes.

○ Good knowledge of data operations and information systems.

○ Very good understanding of complex operations involving people, facilities, and goods

○ Good mathematical and statistical knowledge.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS AND ABILITIES:

○ Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts

○ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

○ Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

○ Prepare reports on account status

○ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

○ Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

○ Excellent skill in Information monitoring, retrieval, collecting, managing, and entering data

○ Has strong attention to detail/thoroughness

○ Excellent ability to manage change.

○ Maintains regular communication (through formal meetings, in writing, conference calls, or personal interaction) with the Immediate Superior to create strategic brand positioning, an actionable marketing plan, and a rollout plan for the new brand.

○ Ensures confidentiality of and limited access to vital records and documents.

○ Conducts a comprehensive analysis of our current brand identity and positioning, as well as target audiences and competitive landscape

○ Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting relationships with partner brands

○ Coordinates with all the back-end departments supporting the Operations.

○ Provides inputs to the Immediate Superior to ensure a streamlined process of the e-commerce.

○ Meets with existing clients to perform an initial assessment, discuss goals and strategize methods for improvement

○ Solves problems (such as glitches in inventory and price-syncing issues) and attends to Ad Hoc campaign requests from partner brands through helpful recommendations and practical suggestions.

○ Manages order count and basket size per Account regularly.

○ Creates detailed monthly performance report.

○ Ensures processes are continuously improved through open feedback and reviews to the Immediate Superior.

○ Address issues related to e-commerce in a timely and effective manner.

○ Performs sales checks in the dashboards and spreadsheets, and ensures all orders are accounted for and reported according to company policy.
