POSITION TITLE: Voice Service Associate - Insurance Operations Associate (Voice & Licensing Support)
WORK LOCATION: Alabang, Muntinlupa
WORK SETUP: Night Shift
SALARY: Php25k to Php30k
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processes and reviews Licensing and Agency Onboarding Tickets in accordance with client-defined procedures, standards, and specifications to consistently meet established targets and deliverables.
• Ensures the accuracy and completeness of all encoded data, including but not limited to Appointment Request, Commission Schedule, BOR Request, License Renewals, Agent Termination, and Pre-Licensing. This includes maintaining strict data integrity and adhering to quality expectations.
• Obtains, verifies, and validates information received from clients through phone calls and emails, ensuring that all confirmed data is accurately entered into the client provided applications based on project requirements.
• Conducts timely follow-up calls or emails to confirm missing or pending information and to ensure that all information requests and orders are processed within the required turnaround time.
• Reviews gathered data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that any discrepancies are identified and corrected in order to preserve data integrity throughout the process.
• Adheres to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent application of workflow requirements and alignment across the entire channel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate with an associate degree in a related business field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in relevant or related role/capacity.
• Knowledge and experience of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs is required.
• A solid working knowledge and experience of D365 and Freshdesk required for the role.
Minimum Qualfication:
- At least 1+ year experience in customer service or related role; experience handling health and ancillary insurance benefits required
- Exposure in Dynamics 365 is required
- Advanced Excel skill
- Excellent communication skills
- Okay to work onsite on a graveyard schedule
