JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our International Insurance Account in Alabang.
The successful candidate will provide professional assistance to customers regarding insurance-related concerns, account inquiries, billing, and other service requests. Excellent English communication skills and previous insurance or billing experience are required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Minimum 12 months of Insurance or Billing experience
- Insurance account experience is required
- Voice account experience is required
- International account experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum CEFR C1 English proficiency
- High School or Senior High School graduate accepted
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding insurance-related concerns.
- Assist customers with policy and account inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance services, coverage, and billing.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Process requests and transactions according to established procedures.
- Verify and update customer information when necessary.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex or sensitive concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Protect customer information and follow company confidentiality and compliance policies.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Package: PHP 28,000
