Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least one (1) year of related work experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN INSURANCE AS PART TIME/FREELANCE
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
Job Description
- The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
- This role requires proactive prospecting, building client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition, referrals, and networking.
- Present and explain insurance products tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in completing application forms and other required documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the supervisor.
