AI Automation and CRM Systems Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable AI Automation & CRM Systems Specialist to build and manage automation systems, AI agents, and CRM integrations across multiple platforms.
This role will work directly with the founder to build systems and integrations. Over time the role will grow into training and managing additional staff, creating a small automation team.
The person must be experienced with CRM systems, automation tools, AI agents, APIs, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
• Sets up and manages CRM systems (especially GoHighLevel).
• Creates pipelines, workflows, and automations.
• Sets up accounts and onboards new users.
• Configures web chat widgets and messaging integrations.
• Manages contact databases and automation triggers.
Automation & System Integrations
• Builds automation workflows between multiple platforms.
• Creates custom webhooks and API integrations.
• Connects platforms such as:
- GoHighLevel
- Zapier / Make or similar tools
- Job management systems
- AI agent platforms
- Web applications
- • Ensures reliable data flow between systems.
- • Troubleshoots and fixes integration issues.
AI Integration
• Works with AI agent frameworks and automation tools such as:
- OpenClaw (or similar AI agent systems)
- Simmer AI orchestration tools
- Custom AI agents
- • Connects AI agents to CRM systems.
- • Links AI agents with messaging platforms.
- • Connects agents to web apps and APIs.
- • Manages automation logic between systems.
AI App Development Support
• Works with AI app builders (such as v0 style AI builders).
• Connects generated web apps to:
- AI models
- Databases
- Phone systems
- CRM platforms
- Automation tools
- • Helps convert prototype AI apps into working systems.
Systems Architecture
• Designs reliable automation infrastructure.
• Improves system performance and stability.
• Documents systems and processes for internal use.
Communication & Training Responsibilities
• Runs Zoom / Google Meet screen share sessions.
• Shows staff exactly where to click and what to do on their computers.
• Walks team members through CRM systems, automations, and software setups.
• Explains technical systems using simple step-by-step instructions.
Requirements
• Speak clear, confident English.
• Be comfortable explaining technical systems live.
• Be patient while guiding non-technical users.
• Be able to troubleshoot issues in real time.
Strong experience with:
- GoHighLevel CRM
- Automation platforms (Zapier, Make, webhooks)
- API integrations
- Webhooks and system integrations
- AI automation tools and AI agents
- Web-based SaaS platforms
Technical ability in:
- JSON / API integrations
- Webhook configuration
- Troubleshooting automations
- System architecture
Experience with:
- OpenClaw or similar AI agent systems
- Simmer AI orchestration tools
- AI web app builders (v0 or similar)
- Supabase or modern databases
- AI model integrations
- VoIP or phone system integrations
- Job management software integrations
