Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, tiles, surfaces, or stone products
- Strong network within construction, architecture, or interior design industries is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for sintered stone products in residential, commercial, and industrial markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, contractors, and dealers
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings to promote product benefits and applications
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
