Call Center Agent — No Experience Required

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. No prior call center experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the best solution to their concerns.
• Resolve basic customer issues or escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate department.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the system.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Meet assigned performance and productivity goals.
• Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude during every customer interaction.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously develop communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• No prior call center or BPO experience required.
• High school diploma, senior high school graduate, or equivalent qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate different applications.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching and feedback.
• Customer-oriented and able to remain professional when dealing with difficult situations.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
