Call Center Representative( NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures during all customer interactions
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales campaigns when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and weekends if needed
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required
