QA Engineer

· Create/ Verify/ Maintain efficient Quality Control and Quality Assurance Procedure.

· Identify QC Training needs and analyze the training effectiveness.

· Evaluate the qualification/ performance of QC members.

· Work from job sites as required to monitor quality control performance. Track and document work activities.

· Assist with the actual labor and manufacturing of projects as time permits/as needed.

· Generates quality reports.

· Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System.

· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.

· Develop process improvements to improve quality performance. 

· Assist QMR for needed improvements of the QMS requirements in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard. 

· Responsible in the overall management of the internal audit process including planning, coordination, implementation, review of audit report and reporting of the overall result of the internal audit

· Authority to hire, dismiss and exercise discipline and/or promote Quality Control/Assurance Inspector.

· Ensuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO9001 Quality Management System.

· Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs

· Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management

· Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization

· Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented

· with a minimum 1-3 years of experience
