QC Engineer

QC Engineer Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Salary Range: PHP 20,000 – PHP 30,000 Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Key Responsibilities & Duties Documentation & SPC: Prepares/controls QC documents and reviews/monitors Statistical Process Control (SPC) implementation. Defect & Non-Conformity Management: Identifies, feeds back, and tracks corrective/preventive actions for product non-conformities, process defects, and Re-FA failures. Inspection & Continuous Improvement: Consolidates product inspection standards, reviews inspection procedures for continuous improvement, and handles incoming raw materials inspection (specifically copper). Supplier Quality: Manages non-conforming raw materials and provides feedback to suppliers. Auditing: Conducts internal and external Quality and Environmental Systems audits. Organizational Structure Reports To: QC Section Manager or QA Department Manager Supervises: QC Head OIC/Supervisors, QC Shift OICs, and Incoming/In-Process/Outgoing Inspectors Requirements & Qualifications Education: Graduate of any Engineering course or equivalent Experience: 2–3 years in Quality Control activities Key Knowledge: Statistical Process Control (SPC) Age/Gender: Male/Female, at least 22 years old Desired Skills & Core Competencies Supervisory & Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent written and oral communication, and computer literacy. Quality & Environmental Standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 Awareness RoHS / REACH Environmental Compliance Familiarity with environmental legal requirements applicable to the organization Core Technical Tools & Methodologies: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Failure Analysis (FA) Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Risk Management
