Description - Oversee the QA department and its daily operations
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of QA processes
- Lead and mentor QA team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met
- Report on quality metrics and suggest areas for improvement
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
