Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related engineering course. At least 10 years of experience as QA Manager in the lead frame or SEMICONDUCTOR manufacturing company. Preferably with relevant experience in the semiconductor industry. Preferably at least 30 years old.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Demonstrate strong QA/QC management and leadership capabilities in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. Effectively lead quality assurance strategy, compliance, and process improvements across plant operations.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Directing overall QA/QC operations, quality management systems, and regulatory standards within the department. Leading continuous quality improvement initiatives, managing audit compliance, and resolving complex manufacturing defects. SALARYPHP 50,000 – 100,000 (depending on candidate's qualifications and experience)GENERAL ELIGIBILITY & ACCOMMODATION
