Description - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
