Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the construction, fabrication, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and leading sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction and fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Internal Software, MS office, software and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities within the construction and fabrication sectors through market analysis, networking, anf industry research.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and guidance to improve effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
