RIO Execution Hub (EH) Associate / Sr. Associate

Pfizer seeks an RIO Execution Hub Associate or Senior Associate to provide operational regulatory support for designated countries and regions. The role manages submission logistics, coordinates regulatory dossiers, and ensures compliance with health authority requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate regulatory activities for assigned products and dossier execution workflows
- Author, review, and maintain local regulatory documents and Module 1 dossier components
- Coordinate dossier compilation, translation management, and health authority submissions
- Monitor submission progress against milestones and identify issues impacting timelines or quality
- Support regulatory operational activities including tenders, quality reviews, and risk minimization plans
Requirements
- Regulatory operations expertise and knowledge of submission processes
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines and deliverables
- Proficiency with digital tools and regulatory systems
- Experience authoring and reviewing Module 1 dossier components
- Ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and geographic regions
- Demonstrated proficiency in regulatory compliance and quality standards
