Position Title:
Accounting Staff
Job Summary:
The Accounting Staff is responsible for performing general accounting functions to support the daily financial operations of the company. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting in financial reporting, monitoring payables and receivables, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and company ledgers
- Assist in payroll preparation and government remittances
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, checks, and other accounting documents
- Ensure timely filing and organization of financial documents
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
- Support budget monitoring and expense tracking
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial concerns
- Assist during audits and provide necessary accounting documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and government regulations
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
