We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant with all relevant regulations. A strong background in local tax compliance, particularly with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), is essential. Experience within the construction industry is a significant advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Record Keeping
- Tax Compliance (BIR)
- Financial Reporting
- Monitoring of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field
- Experience as an Accounting Officer, Bookkeeper or similar role
- Hands-on knowledge of Philippine Tax Laws, Compliance, and Reporting to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Accounting Experience in the Construction Industry is a signicant plus.
- Highly Organized and able to meet deadlines
