Job Requirements
• Licensed Architect;
• More than 5 years of experience in Project Management with relevant capabilities;
• Strong knowledge of the company, business, brand and product;
• Deep understanding of the company and its position in the market industry;
• Upholds company values and integrity to the highest level;
• In-depth aptitude to analyze problems and to strategize for better solutions;
• With advance knowledge in Project Management, Construction Management and Engineering (MEPFS);
• Demonstrates ability to articulate latest industry trends and capability in applying such to potential and current projects with clarity and confidence;
• Sets a good moral character example to employees;
• Proficient in reviewing plans and detail drawings;
• Has design knowledge and background; construction background;
• Familiar with basic Interior and Architectural production drawings;
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and MS Project;
