Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Governance- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk logs.
- Establish and enforce a robust governance framework to support effective decision-making and issue resolution.
Execution & Delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Technology, Communications, and Business Units to ensure timely and in-scope delivery of project milestones.
- Track KPIs and ensure adherence to WTW quality standards, controls, and compliance protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate planning workshops, project calls, and governance meetings; document decisions, risks, and actions.
- Provide clear, concise progress updates and insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement & Change Support
- Conduct tranche reviews and lessons-learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery and processes.
- Support change management initiatives, adoption strategies, and user engagement activities.
- Knowledge Sharing & Capability Building
- Develop and maintain project documentation, templates, playbooks, and best practices.
- Mentor and support team members on project management methodologies and delivery standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management expertise, with experience delivering complex, multi-phase initiatives.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality assurance.
- Data management and analytics capability for KPI tracking, reporting, and insights.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to proactively manage risk, resolve issues, and drive outcomes.
- Solid understanding of change management principles and tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in HR, Talent Management, Skills Framework, or workforce transformation projects.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Oracle Dynamic Skills or similar skills-based technologies.
- Proven experience managing pilots and scaling initiatives across a global organization.
- Honors degree (desired but not essential)

- 3 years relevant experience
