Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing esports-related projects, events, tournaments, campaigns, and operational activities. This role ensures that all esports initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, knowledgeable in the esports industry, and capable of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Event Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee esports-related projects, campaigns, events, activations, and operational initiatives based on client and company requirements.
• Develop project timelines, operational plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, production teams, and external partners.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on schedule and within approved budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure smooth event setup, technical readiness, and operational execution.

Team Coordination

• Assign tasks and monitor deliverables of team members involved in esports projects.
• Facilitate meetings, project briefings, and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure proper communication between departments and stakeholders.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, production teams, and service providers.
• Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, gaming organizations, and esports partners.
• Assist in sponsorship execution and partner deliverables.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare project reports, status updates, post-event assessments, and operational documentation.
• Track project KPIs, expenses, timelines, and team performance.
• Identify operational risks and recommend solutions proactively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, event management, or esports operations.
• Strong understanding of the esports and gaming industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Flexible schedule and willing to work during events, weekends, or extended hours if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling esports tournaments or gaming communities.
• Background in livestream, gaming production, or event coordination is an advantage.
• Familiarity with popular esports titles and tournament platforms.
